Why give to Voices for Children?

A donation to Voices for Children, the CASA program of Howard County, is an investment in your community’s future.

Your gift can help provide the very best volunteer advocacy for children removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect. Your donation goes directly to recruiting, screening, training, and supervising volunteers who will offer the highest level of advocacy.

Because Voices for Children Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, your donation is tax-deductible. Please donate now so more children will benefit from the special services that only a trained CASA volunteer advocate can provide.

As an independent, 501(c)(3) charitable corporation, Voices for Children, Inc. engages the independent certified accounting firm of Deborah L. Herman, CPA to conduct an annual audit of our financial records. Our independent auditors performed a comparative audit of fiscal year 2023, (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023) compared to fiscal year 2022, and reported a clean audit for Voices for Children, Inc. with no concerns noted for this period. This year's report continues our consecutive annual audits demonstrating the financial strength of our organization.

Voices for Children’s Board of Directors and staff are committed to the highest standards and transparency in financial practices so that all of our stakeholders, community partners, and generous donors remain confident in both Voices for Children’s financial health and Voices for Children's long standing role as a trusted service provider in Howard County.

You can help us provide more services through Voices for Children by making a tax-deductible donation through our secure server.

Your information will not be shared with any outside parties, and you will receive an email confirmation immediately after donating for your records. Please note: We use a nonprofit service to process our credit card transactions. LOC IND CH ORG is the name that will appear on your credit card statement – not Voices for Children. Using a 3rd party helps us keep our costs low and allows us to spend more time and money on our programs!
